When you’re feeling stuck (or defeated, frustrated, doubtful, overwhelmed) it can be easy to get into a rut of “I don’t know.” energy.
“I don’t know what to do.”
“I don’t know where to go.”
“I don’t know how this is going to work out.”
“I just don’t know!”
While it might feel like those thoughts might ultimately lead you to an answer…they never do. They just make you feel worse as you fall deeper into the “I don’t know” energy.
Instead of doing that, try asking these 3 questions…
What do I have? –-> What do you have that’s working for you, can support you or that you can celebrate right now???
What do I know? –> What do you know about this situation (or others like it), yourself & your ability to move through challenges?
What can I do? –> From this place right now, what CAN you do to get support, take action or get behind yourself in your belief?
Choosing this way of thinking as opposed to staying stuck in the dreaded ‘I don’t knows’ is far more productive & you will likely find inspiration for next steps when you do.
Don’t let these temporary “stuck” moments be the reason you quit on yourself. You’ve got big things to do with this life & you already have so much power (in your mind) to do the damn thing. It’s time to do it.
The truth is there is so much you *do* know right here, right now. It’s time for you to use it.
Your brain is going to try and convince you that you need more answers, insight or information…you don’t.
You just need to do the belief work to get behind yourself daily & when you do, I promise the results will blow your mind in the best way possible.
Now, get out there and blow your own mind. 😉
