Last week was an interesting week and based on some of the conversations I’ve had recently, it seems we could all use a bit of a vibe shift. So, whether you *need*a vibe shift right now or you want to save this post for later, I’ve got 4 tips that will help you create a vibe shift almost instantly.
1. Where’s your focus? Usually when we things feel a bit off vibrationally it’s because we are focused on something that isn’t working or doesn’t feel good. So, if you’re in need of a vibe shift- where’s your focus? Are you focusing on the lack of something or the feeling of having it? Are you cycling through the patterns you are seeing and getting stuck in a thought loop without really processing and moving through it?
This is not about ignoring your feelings or pretending they aren’t there. It’s about feeling it to heal it and choosing to place your focus on where you are headed. Write about it, tap it out, release and allow it to move on and choose something that feels better. Write out a love list (a list of all the things you love) or a gratitude list if that’s what it takes, but whatever you do remember that where your focus goes, energy flows and that’s how we attract and create.
2. Free it up. I’m talking time, space and energy here. There is nothing that creates a vibe shift faster than doing some good old cleaning and clearing work. So, where can you free up some time on your calendar (if it’s a bit overbooked) to focus on some self-care & mindset work? What area of your home/office could use some decluttering & clearing? What things are you holding onto in your mind/energy that you need to act on or let go of entirely? Free it up!
When you clear out your space you literally shift the way your space/life/mind/energy feels and it happens very quickly. In fact, I read something awhile ago that said if you move 27 things in your space, you shift the energy of that space. That’s just moving it. What happens when you get rid of the nonsense that you don’t need anymore?! You make room for the answers you’ve been seeking, inspiration you need to move forward and you generally just feel better. 3. Why is it working? This might take some mind gymnastics, but it’s well worth the practice. Instead of thinking about how it feels like things aren’t working out for you, what if you asked yourself why it *is* working out for you and better yet, why all that you desire is inevitable? What if you forced yourself to make a list of reasons why you get to have what you want and why it gets to be easy for you? How would you feel?
It might feel like a challenge to do at first, but with a little thought I guarantee you could easily come up with at least 10 reasons it is working out for you and why your dreams/desires are inevitable. I’ll even give you one to start you off. It is working for you because you now decide it does. What else can you add?
4. How does it get any better than this? Ahh, my favorite question of all time. You can use it when things are going well and when you need a shift and the best part is *you* don’t have to answer it. This is a question that sort of challenges the Universe to show you how it is getting better and better and better. All you have to do is ask the question and then watch for how it gets better because I promise it will. Simply expecting it to get better shifts the vibe.
