Q: What are the steps to manifestation, i.e. from Intention to actual Manifestation?
This is a question I get a lot and it’s one of my favorite things to talk about! So, the basic steps to manifestation are as follows: Set your intention or desire, TRUST it and let it go. Now that’s the easy explanation of course and there are lots of things that can get in the way.
Many people ask about taking action and what it is that we have to ‘DO’ to make our desires manifest. The truth is you just follow the next inspired step, but you typically don’t do it as a way to manifest. Meaning, you are simply taking action because you feel inspired to, not because you feel you need to do it to manifest that thing you desire. So, the EASIEST way to manifest is to be clear about what you desire and feel good about it. Raise your vibes and do what you love while letting go of the outcome.
Your vibration and energy matter more than anything you can say or do so if you are feeling good then you are in the right space to manifest.
And also, what types of blocks are possible + what to do to unblock and pursue?
There are all kinds of beliefs or blocks that can get in the way of manifesting some of which are:
- Thinking it has to be hard
- Not fully trusting or believing
- Not letting go of the outcome
- Micro-managing the ‘how’
- Allowing your current reality to set your vibration
MOST people get caught up in not fully believing that they can manifest their desires or getting caught up in ‘how’ it will happen. The thing to remember with manifesting is that the Universe doesn’t operate using logic like humans do. It uses the path of least resistance based on what we can allow. Anything is possible with the power of the Universe, but you have to know that is true and let go of ‘how’ you think it ‘should’ come to you and what you think is most realistic. The Universe doesn’t care about reality. It’s an unlimited source of all knowledge, resources, and abundance.
When you have blocks like these there are a few ways to clear them. One of my favorites is EFT-Emotional Freedom Technique. This allows you to release the negative thought and the energy within it to make room for a better, higher vibration to help you manifest.
You can also build new beliefs by using affirmations, mantras, meditation, etc. that basically rewire your brain to see infinite possibilities and know that anything is possible.
The key ingredient to releasing blocks and manifesting with ease and race is to just let go…I know it’s easier said than done sometimes, but it is KEY.
