The truth is, I don’t know who specifically needs this, but if you’re reading these words let’s just assume this is for you.
As I’ve been working on my book this week & chatting with clients, one thing has become crystal clear.
The thing that is often holding you back more often than not is this…
You are not deciding to make the change, go all in and create the thing you ultimately want to create right now.
Instead you are…
–> Waiting for the “right” time, moment & space to make it happen.
–> Analyzing the thing to death & spinning your wheels in the process.
–> Giving into fear, anxiety & worry over if it will happen & be worth it.
–> Letting your mind run wild with ‘yeah buts’ around why it can’t happen.
–> Living in the past or future tripping without ever “being” in the present.
–> Making excuses about not having the time, money or resources to commit.
At the end of the day, it just boils down to excuses that are painted as logical reasons you can’t do that thing that you say you want to do.
I want to remind you that the thing you feel held back from at the moment, begins with a powerful decision to do the thing.
You don’t have to know ‘how’ it’s all going to come together or even have all your mind gremlins put to rest in order to begin.
But you do have to decide & follow it up with some action…consistently.
And yes, sometimes that means deciding daily AND following it up with action daily. (Truth be told, it’s how my book is currently getting written.)
Whatever that means for you, it all begins with a decision to go all in on that life (career, business, relationship, creative project, previous pipe-dream vision etc.) that you actually want to create.
If you’re willing to decide it AND willing to commit to taking consistent action & learn as you go…I promise, your desires will unfold in some of the most magical ways possible.
So, if you’re tired of feeling held back…it’s time to DECIDE & DO the damn thing.
Are you ready to decide????
If not, give yourself permission to let that desire go for the moment & stop beating yourself up over it. Sometimes, a lack of decision is a decision in and of itself right?
