Mindset has been on my mind over the last month or so and it’s probably because I’ve had to do some MAJOR reframing in my own mind to deal with a massive life move I am currently going through.
Between balancing my business, the move, selling a house, and dealing with what feels like 100 other things at once, I have to admit, my mindset has not been the greatest.
The Universe so kindly reminded me of this and provided impeccable inspiration to write not one but two pieces on the importance of mindset work that I’m sharing with you today.
If life is currently giving you more “lemons” than you feel you can handle right now, some teachers will tell you to “think happy thoughts”, and while I would tend to agree under normal circumstances, I’m learning that that just doesn’t cut it sometimes.
