Stop trying to do “mindset work” (affirmations, mantras, thinking happy thoughts) when you’re feeling crunchy & in the rabbit hole of doom.

I don’t care what you do, just do a lil something. It will help you move the energy & process the feelings so you get back to neutral sooner.
And then…you can go back to doing the mindset work/affirmations/whatever works for you.
