When it comes to our mind habits and limiting beliefs, there’s likely not a belief I haven’t seen or heard at this point. In fact, there are quite a few that I hear over and over again and today I’m sharing them with you.
To be honest, many of these I’ve struggled with a lot over the years so I completely understand how difficult it can be to shift them…but it IS POSSIBLE. I’m living proof and so are my clients.
Top 5 Limiting Beliefs (that may be holding you back)
- I’m not enough. This is your run of the mill belief that can stop any new venture, decision, opportunity, or potential success in its tracks. It’s likely the one I hear the absolute most from people (many women in particular) and it runs DEEP. The not enough-ness many times has no basis other than feeling like you aren’t good enough, smart enough, ready enough, strong enough, prepared enough, thin enough, rich enough…you name it. It’s also the belief that keeps people playing small and ultimately paralyzed by fear of failure.
- I’m not worthy. This one runs a close second to the one above. Somehow, somewhere along the lines many of us have internalized the message that we aren’t worthy of amazing things happening to us and for us. We often believe that somehow we are ultimately flawed and thereby don’t deserve the riches, success, joy, love, excitement, adventure, ease, and flow that we desire. And if by chance we allow a little bit of that into our lives…we feel guilty and shut that shit down, because who are WE to have all the good stuff?
- It has to be hard. Likely drilled into us from past generations, far too many of us struggle with the belief that anything worth doing has to be hard and if it comes easily, it’s just not worth it. Easy feels like cheating. Hard is where you prove to yourself just how strong, powerful, and worthy you are because isn’t that what life is all about? (Spoiler alert: No, it’s not. Life is meant to be enjoyed.). Yes, there are times on your path that may feel difficult, but that’s not the way it always has to be.
- It’s not meant for me. When it comes to success, love, money, and happiness, many people believe that they are somehow different from the next guy. Sure they can have the success, adventure, and ultimately happy life, but it’s just not in the cards for me. I’m meant to suffer. (Wrong!) This belief causes us to believe that somehow we are so different in who we are that the miracles and magic of the world are set aside for a select few and we just aren’t a part of that crowd.
- You can’t have it all. This belief has been one of my biggest struggles by far. For a long time I believed that “having it all” was a myth. I thought that if you had the riches and success, you couldn’t have true love. If you had a happy, humble home life, you couldn’t also have the powerful career and money. You had to simply choose what is most important and allow that to be the “good” you allow into your life. The truth is that is total BS. You can have it all, the moment you nip this gnarly belief in the bud.
Money is such a funny topic (not funny-haha, but funny as in weird) for people.
Whether you realize it or not, you likely are carrying some really heavy money-related junk with you from your parents, grandparents, and family. We all have some money stuff (or had it at some point in our lives) and it has a direct effect on how we view, manage, receive, manifest, earn, and handle money today.
Here are a few common ones that you might resonate with…
- “Money is hard to make.”
- “Money doesn’t grow on trees.”
- “No matter what I do, there’s never enough.”
- “Rich people are jerks, selfish, and self-serving.”
- “I don’t have enough.”
- “Money isn’t important.”
- “Money is the root of all evil.”
- “To make a lot of money you have to sacrifice other things.”
- “I’ll never be rich.”
If some of these resonate for you, I’d like you do a little experiment. Take a look at your financial picture for a moment and notice what you see. Are the numbers where you want them to be or do you find that you typically hover around a certain number?
Maybe you are like I was…struggling to make it from paycheck to paycheck or always feeling stress when it comes to money. That was my reality for a very long time, until I started learning about my money mindset and changing the thoughts I was practicing within my mind.
The way you feel about money (and anything else) directly affects how money (or anything else) shows up for you in your life.
YOU have the ultimate creative power over your life when you accept that your mindset is what helped you to create where you are. It’s nothing to be ashamed of, it’s just where you are now. The key is deciding what you are going to do about it.
All of the beliefs I’ve listed above are things that have impacted my life and it was only when I was willing to do the work (the mindset work that is) to clear them out and began building positive habits in their place was I able to see the changes happening in my life.
Mindset work isn’t “magic”, but it sure feels that way once you begin. You’ll ask yourself why you ever waited.
I don’t want you to struggle anymore.
And I certainly don’t want you to have regrets about not getting support when you needed it most.
So…if any or all of the beliefs above resonate for you then the Miracle Mindset Immersion Program is absolutely the program for you.
You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain.
