Last week I had someone respond to a post with “I feel personally attacked lol.”
I hear this often & there’s a good reason.
If sometimes my words feel personal to you it’s because I’ve been doing this work for almost 10 years now & I may not know you personally (yet), but I know your struggles.
I know….
->Feeling not good enough, knowing enough or doing enough.
->The constant questioning “Can I do this? Will this work?”
->Avoiding *the thing* that you know will move you forward, b/c you’re paralyzed by fear.
I know sometimes you get in your own way & discount your successes, downplay how far you’ve come & completely forget the brilliance you have right here, right now.
I know sometimes your mind isn’t kind to you & it tries to keep you “safe” by convincing you that going “there” & “doing that thing:…isn’t worth it the risk for failure, disappointment & loss.
I understand it all because I’ve lived it, continually move through it & have helped many, *many* women in your shoes do the same damn thing.
Every feeling you’ve felt is natural & normal when you set out to do things you’ve never done before.
The truth is, you don’t *need* all of those feelings to go away in order to create the joy, ease, abundance, success etc. you desire.
You just need to learn how to move through them & tap into the brilliance you already ARE & that friends is what I am here to help you do.
And listen when something feels like it’s speaking directly to you because it resonates so much, it’s time to stop, take notice & then ACT.
Inspiration is great & when you see messages that resonate with where you are currently, it feels like you are finally being seen & that the challenges you are having aren’t just yours.
But the question is…what are you *doing* with that inspiration? If you’re not putting it into action, it’s just a collection of feel-good words that don’t actually change your life.
What are you doing with all those messages you’re receiving? Are you acting on them? If not, this is your sign!
It’s time to reach out & do the damn thing.
Not quite ready for that next step? Feel free to sign up for my VIP list & let’s keep in touch!
