Energy & Expansion Experience : The Details
When does it start? This event runs from July 6th-8th with a bonus Q&A on July 13th. All calls will begin at 7pm EST and will be recorded for those who cannot attend live.
Where is this taking place? This is an online event and will include a pop-up Facebook Group for discussion/questions between calls. The group will remain open for a week for participant discussion and questions as needed.
What are we going to cover?
Day 1: Initiate- Laying the foundation of energy & expansion. Here we will cover energy & expansion basics and how it applies to all that we choose to be, have and do in life. I will also teach you how to tune into and understand your unique energetic language and cover how to be lead with your energy in all that you do for the best possible outcomes.
Day 2: Activate- Putting your energy into action. Here we will cover the importance of embodying the energy of your desires and how to do just that. I will teach you a step-by-step process to align your energy with what you are creating and how to maintain that connection more consistently. I will also teach you how to tap back into that energy when you feel discouraged or disconnected.
Day 3: Elevate- Exponential energy & momentum. Here we will discuss how to elevate your energy to get next level results. I will teach you how to use your mindset and energy together to tap into the magic and wonder of a life that is better than you ever imagined possible. I will also cover the expansion/contraction dynamic and how it impacts your energy and momentum.
Each day will also include any combination of journal questions, prompts or other assignments in order to go deeper into the material.
